These Terms of Service govern the use of the DumbleScore website and Telegram bot, operated by Inscribe GmbH, Switzerland.
2. Service Description
DumbleScore provides statistical and data-driven analyses of football matches for informational purposes only. The service does not constitute betting advice, gambling services, wagering, or any encouragement to participate in games of chance.
3. No Guarantee
All analyses and information provided are offered without warranty. No guarantee is made regarding accuracy, completeness, or any economic or financial outcome.
4. User Responsibility
The use of the provided analyses is entirely at the user's own risk. Any decisions made based on the information provided are the sole responsibility of the user.
5. Credits and Digital Content
Credits grant access to individual digital analyses on the platform. Credits represent a digital service and have no monetary value outside the platform. Once a digital analysis has been unlocked using credits, the service is considered delivered.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the content, purchases are generally non-refundable once access to an analysis has been granted. Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases where access to the purchased content was technically impossible and the issue is attributable to Inscribe GmbH. In such cases, refunds are granted at our sole discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
Inscribe GmbH shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or lost profits arising from the use of the provided analyses, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Age Restriction
Use of DumbleScore is permitted only for users who are at least 18 years of age.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Inscribe GmbH.
10. Changes to These Terms
Inscribe GmbH reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The version in effect at the time of use shall apply.
